What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading, sorting, distribution, access, parking, and perimeter areas
• verify authorized entry as directed
• document patrols, incidents, and observations
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and supervision.
