Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Concord, NH, paying $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements
• work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill openings
• source and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews
• process applicants through preplacement steps
• conduct new-hire orientation
• oversee onboarding and coordinate tasks and timelines
• schedule introductory and 90-day review meetings
• check references and credentials
• support offer processes
• help ensure employment-law and policy compliance
• attend job fairs and recruiting meetings
• assist with HR projects and administrative tasks.
