What you'll do

• Serve business banking customers and internal bank personnel
• explain business banking services and their features
• complete documentation, system implementation, and customer setup
• respond to customer inquiries accurately and promptly
• support procedures, policies, and systems for treasury products
• facilitate training for bank personnel
• stay current on products, policies, technology, and industry trends
• travel as needed
• assist with audits, exams, and operational duties.
