Product Manager – Water Controls

The Product Manager – Water Controls role is onsite in Sutherlin, OR, with field support and travel of approximately 10%–25% of work time. Pay is $131,000–$145,000 per year. Orenco Systems’ mission is protecting the world’s water through onsite and decentralized wastewater technologies. The product manager owns the water controls category and its lifecycle, identifying and developing products that strengthen wastewater systems and standalone control offerings. The role connects market needs with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to support product growth and industry leadership.

What you'll do

• Plan market research to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities
• communicate market needs to engineering and R&D
• review product costs and margins
• train sales associates and stakeholders
• maintain product plans
• support demonstrations, promotions, installation and operational training, technical troubleshooting, and performance testing
• attend trade shows
• support product documents and marketing assets
• coordinate launch plans and product quality case reviews.
