What you'll do

• Provide daily operational support for systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
• handle complex customer account escalations
• troubleshoot product and manufacturing issues
• coordinate outage communications
• support new or transitioning accounts and connectivity
• monitor performance dashboards
• conduct stakeholder meetings
• install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• partner with Corporate IT.
