- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned entry-level through manager-level roles and temporary hires, including job distribution, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff. Maintain Lever ATS and SuccessFactors HRIS data and recruiting metrics
- coordinate background checks, references, and onboarding logistics
- partner with hiring managers
- build diverse candidate pipelines
- and represent PPFA at career fairs and networking events.
