What you'll do

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and depositions
• conduct legal research and advise clients
• draft contracts, pleadings, briefs, and appeals
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with clients and relevant parties
• handle family-law matters including divorce, separation, property division, child custody, and alimony.
