• Manage distribution of equity research and maintain distribution lists and CRM records
• produce marketing materials for advisory mandates
• coordinate transaction announcements and external communications
• manage website and digital channels
• develop firm collateral and brand standards
• plan conferences and client events
• and coordinate compliance review, approvals, and records for external materials.
