What you'll do

• Contribute to stamped-metal product programs and launches
• perform root cause analysis and develop countermeasures for PLC, automation, and robotics concerns
• support prototype builds and equipment installations
• collaborate with customers, production, and engineering teams
• assign work to junior engineers as directed
• manage project goals and KPIs
• maintain machinery uptime and takt time
• report progress.
