What you'll do

• Lead operational and digital transformation initiatives
• apply specialized expertise to manufacturing and technology challenges
• collaborate with consultants and client leaders
• advise executives and plant managers
• analyze production systems, processes, data, KPIs, and workflows
• support deployment and optimization of manufacturing systems, automation, AI-enabled tools, and data platforms
• develop operating systems, roadmaps, dashboards, business cases, and reports
• contribute to proposals and discovery
• coach client teams
• manage risks and execution.
