The Bindery Mechanic – First Shift role is onsite in Niles, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6 a.m. to noon. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Read job tickets and set up folding, affixing, and cutting equipment
• adjust blades and program the guillotine cutter
• verify finished piece size and placement
• organize cards and carriers
• run samples and make adjustments
• operate equipment while checking quality
• tray or palletize finished product
• maintain equipment safely
• complete production records and follow security procedures.
