Store Supervisor

Job overview

Compensation is $2 per hour. The Store Supervisor is an onsite role based in LEXINGTON, NC. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am, supporting the Sheetz, Inc. retail operations team. This role exists to lead by example, mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service. It contributes to the company's goals by maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and delivering top-tier customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers.
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
