What you'll do
- Provide MDS coverage for open positions
- educate and implement programs related to the Resident Assessment Instrument, Prospective Payment Systems, Quality Measures, Medicaid Case Mix, and Medicare guidelines
- collaborate with the Clinical Reimbursement Specialist on onboarding new MDS Coordinators
- and maintain competency in RAI, care planning, PPS, Medicare, and applicable Medicaid Case Mix.
