What you'll do

• Manage 10–15 active requisitions from sourcing through offer sign-off and initial onboarding
• source diverse candidate pipelines
• conduct structured interview screens
• partner with hiring managers on talent profiles and interview workflows
• maintain pipeline accuracy and reporting in Lever
• represent Filevine at Chicago-area meetups, university career fairs, and networking events.
