What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor
• support resident nursing assessments
• make nursing and aide assignments
• maintain adequate medication and supply levels
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies
• review staff complaints and grievances and report them as needed
• encourage staff training.
