What you'll do

• Ensure contractors follow contract requirements
• monitor safe construction and compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• oversee substation upgrades and new substation construction
• identify and help resolve design, material, contractor, access, and customer issues
• interpret engineering drawings
• ensure compliance with owner construction standards
• mentor and train lower-level Transmission Construction Representatives.
