Estimator — Lightning Protection Systems

The Estimator role is onsite in Argyle, TX. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. Bonded Lightning Protection Systems protects properties from lightning strikes and provides lightning protection and grounding solutions to contractors. The role exists to develop accurate estimates and customer proposals for lightning protection and grounding projects. It reviews project documents and plans, researches scope and specifications, coordinates pricing and estimate questions, and documents materials, equipment, and project requirements.

What you'll do

• Review estimate documents, proposals, plans, specifications, and project details
• research project scope and develop concepts for lightning protection and grounding estimates
• apply relevant standards and specifications
• coordinate with vendors on products and pricing
• resolve estimate questions with division coordinators and managers
• prepare written proposals and quotes
• document itemized materials, equipment, scope, and requirements
• review updated plans for estimate changes.
