What you'll do

• Lead the leasing team toward occupancy and pre-leasing goals
• conduct tours and follow up with prospects
• hire, train, and develop leasing and marketing staff
• coordinate office work with property management
• maintain knowledge of the property and market
• plan and execute monthly marketing calendars and outreach
• manage social media
• build resident and community relationships
• support unit turnover and move-in/move-out
• track leasing metrics
• maintain lease documentation
• support roommate mediation and resident placement.
