What you'll do

• Paint apartment interiors during unit turns
• prepare surfaces through caulking, patching, sanding, and priming
• apply paint with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• follow scopes of work and color standards
• inspect completed work and identify touch-ups
• communicate additional repair needs or scope gaps
• maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
• travel between properties as needed.
