What you'll do

• Lead daily store operations
• recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach seasonal Sales Associates
• manage sales, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
• meet performance targets
• maintain customer engagement, safety, and company standards
• report employee relations issues and workplace injuries
• complete training
• be available for required shifts and short-notice store visits.
