What you'll do

• Review case materials and follow case-manager instructions
• conduct covert video surveillance and assigned investigations, including recorded statements, scene inspections, activity checks, and document collection
• write timely case notes
• submit video, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day
• meet client deadlines
• communicate assignment progress
• maintain confidentiality.
