What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment daily using clean-in-place, clean-out-of-place, and foaming methods
• drain machines or tanks and disconnect pipes
• spray and scrub equipment and facility surfaces
• prepare and handle chemical cleaning solutions
• circulate cleaning solutions through hoses and lines
• collect samples for titration analysis
• report defective machinery to the supervisor.
