Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Job overview

The Part-Time Leasing Consultant works onsite in Houston, TX, for $15 per hour. The schedule is two to three days each week between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.; Saturday work from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. may be required. GWR Management LLC’s leasing team supports apartment occupancy and resident relations. The role guides prospective residents through the leasing process and maintains communication with residents throughout their tenancy. It supports occupancy and net operating income goals through property information, leasing paperwork, follow-up, and marketing activities.

What you'll do

• Provide apartment and community information and schedule visits
• greet visitors and assess community fit
• explain lease and community policies
• prepare leasing paperwork
• collect deposits, rent, and other funds
• communicate unit status changes to maintenance
• maintain prospect contact records and follow up
• support marketing
• monitor vacancies and pricing information
• prepare market surveys
• inspect vacant apartments
• support resident relations and retention
• maintain resident files
• attend training
• monitor email
• assist with resident activities
• transport residents or prospects around the property as needed.
