What you'll do

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and manage restaurant team members
• oversee staffing, scheduling, food quality, and service execution
• support front- and back-of-house operations as needed
• resolve guest concerns
• manage sales, labor, and food costs
• analyze operational and financial data
• oversee opening and closing, cash handling, and reporting
• ensure policy and legal compliance
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
