What you'll do

• Provide first-line IT support to staff, responding to incidents and service requests.
• Maintain and administer systems such as Windows 10/11, IOS, Android, O365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform regular system maintenance.
• Develop and implement IT policies.
• Provide training and assistance to staff.
• Work closely with other IT staff and management to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Participate in IT projects.
