Clinical Group Facilitator

The Clinical Group Facilitator is an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Facilitate curriculum-based recovery, reentry, and life-skills groups
• create engaging group experiences
• support members in identifying goals, strengths, and recovery-focused action plans
• monitor group dynamics and communicate concerns to the treatment team
• help members build coping skills, social skills, and self-confidence
• document services, attendance, and progress
• collaborate with therapists and treatment team members.

Why this role

Requires meeting Behavioral Health Technician requirements, at least one year of group facilitation experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Peer Support Specialist certification and relevant lived recovery experience are preferred. Schedule listed in title: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
