What you'll do
- Prepare, enter, and manage customer quotes in ERP systems
- track open quotes and follow up
- coordinate customer requests and priorities with Sales and Business Development
- maintain customer, quote, and order data in ABAS
- work with Purchasing and vendors to obtain pricing
- support cost build-ups
- serve as a customer contact for quotes, order status, product inquiries, and support
- maintain documentation
- monitor KPIs and identify process improvements.
