Consults with and makes recommendations to physicians and other allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses, nutrient needs, or specific diet plans. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Documents nutrition treatment findings and plans in the patient's medical record. Consults with in/outpatients on diet rationale
