Market Manager — Commercial Landscape Management

What you'll do

• Lead multiple branches
• improve growth, quality, profitability, sales, and cost control
• develop market objectives and sales forecasts
• review financial statements and profit-and-loss reports
• hire, train, develop, and coach Branch Managers
• maintain key client relationships and negotiate deals
• visit job sites and conduct quality inspections
• support efficient capital-budget use
• travel between branches within the region as business requires.
