The Pharmacist in Charge directs pharmacy operations and supervises personnel while supporting safe medication dispensing, patient care quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient pharmacy workflows.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and direct pharmacy operations
• supervise personnel and participate in data entry, prescription fulfillment, final verification, and dispensing
• manage pharmaceutical purchasing and inventory
• maintain medication records
• prepare, label, and dispense medications
• interpret medication orders and monitor drug regimens
• counsel patients and caregivers
• support adherence packaging and medication education
• provide drug information
• train employees
• maintain regulatory and HIPAA compliance.
