Contracts Manager

What you'll do

• Manage contracts through their lifecycle
• review and accept contracts
• plan and support proposals
• ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
• maintain contract documentation and compliance records
• prepare contract summaries and briefs
• advise on FAR/DFARS requirements and other regulations
• develop contract policies and processes
• negotiate complex terms
• provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation
• build relationships with internal and external customers.
