What you'll do

• Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location
• check appointment status
• visually inspect vehicles and photograph existing damage using a tablet
• tag and pod vehicles
• park vehicles awaiting service and keep the service lane clear
• maintain a clean and safe service drive
• bring customer vehicles to the front for pickup
• assist technicians with tow-ins when time permits
• call in aftermarket warranty claims when needed
• support advisors with customer write-ups and checkout when needed.
