What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and resident dietary needs
• assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal service
• follow recipes, production sheets, and special diet requirements
• ensure meals are safely prepared and served on time
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary kitchen
• follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards
• store, label, and rotate food and supplies
• assist with kitchen cleanup and other dietary duties
• work with the Dietary Manager and dietary team.
