Hospice Music Therapist

The Hospice Music Therapist role is onsite and on the road in Saint Cloud, MN. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour. The therapist supports Moments Hospice patients and collaborates with the clinical team. The therapist uses individualized music interventions to help alleviate symptoms and create a more peaceful, comfortable environment for patients. The role also educates the clinical team about music therapy and maintains timely clinical documentation.

What you'll do

• Lead and assist patients in music therapy interventions
• use music to address symptoms such as anxiety, depression, isolation, and agitation
• educate the clinical team on music therapy appropriateness and contraindications
• complete clinical notes, charts, and coordination notes within 24 hours of sessions and update records as needed.

Why this role
