HVAC Estimator & Project Manager

What you'll do

• Build relationships with owners, facility staff, contractors, trades, and vendors
• review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare estimates and project-specific proposals
• obtain material pricing, subcontractor quotes, and equipment selections
• manage manpower planning, scheduling, procurement, and subcontract coordination
• track costs, change orders, and budgets
• resolve installation challenges with field leaders
• coordinate internal teams
• attend job-site meetings as needed
• support procurement and project delivery.
