The Child Care Aide works onsite in Faribault, MN. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The role supports classroom activities and children’s learning, play, and daily routines at Little Scholars Academy.

What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with classroom activities
• support children with learning, play, meals, and transitions
• supervise children
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• and follow center policies and Minnesota licensing guidelines.
