What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and production targets
• coordinate with maintenance, engineering, logistics, Quality Assurance, and other departments
• monitor performance and implement corrective actions
• allocate staffing, equipment, and materials
• promote safety and regulatory compliance
• conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• supervise and mentor supervisors and operators
• support training, scheduling, and employee development
• lead process improvements
• track KPIs and prepare operational reports.
