What you'll do

• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance
• collect copays and balances
• provide intake packets
• scan documents into the EMR
• schedule PT, OT, and speech therapy visits
• monitor cancellations and no-shows
• obtain and track insurance authorizations
• monitor documentation and billing needs
• obtain external medical records
• and communicate schedule and authorization updates to therapists.
