What you'll do

• Direct the Volunteer Lawyers Program
• develop long-range goals and annual pro bono plans
• recruit and maintain relationships with volunteer attorneys and partner organizations
• oversee case intake, evaluation, assignment, and placement
• provide direct client counsel and brief service representation when appropriate
• plan clinics and volunteer trainings
• supervise program staff and student interns
• ensure compliance with funding regulations and organizational policies
• evaluate program performance
• and identify systemic legal issues and access-to-justice gaps.
