Job overview

The Hospice Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) role is an onsite, home-visiting position based in Barre, VT. Pay is $21–$35 per hour. What you'll do

  • Provide assigned nursing and personal care
  • assist with hygiene, nutrition, homemaking, and childcare tasks as part of client care
  • follow the nursing, OT, or PT plan and seek supervisor approval before deviating
  • maintain electronic care documentation
  • follow home-visiting, bag-technique, and infection-control protocols
  • collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
  • participate in weekend and holiday rotation
  • comply with hospice philosophy and applicable policies.
