Drywall Estimator

The Drywall Estimator role is an onsite position in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $120,000–$170,000 per year. RimePro is a commercial drywall and metal stud framing contractor serving multifamily and commercial construction projects throughout Northern California. The estimator supports preconstruction and new-work pursuits by preparing accurate estimates and bid packages, evaluating scope and pricing, and coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, operations, and project management.

What you'll do

• Prepare drywall and metal stud framing estimates
• perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
• solicit and evaluate vendor and supplier pricing
• review bid documents for scope gaps, exclusions, and risks
• prepare proposals, budgets, and value-engineering recommendations
• coordinate project turnover
• participate in preconstruction meetings and scope reviews
• maintain estimating files and documentation.
