What you'll do

• Gather and document cross-functional requirements
• conduct gap analysis and create user stories and process flows
• configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM capabilities
• support data integrity, governance, and integrations
• collaborate with developers, IT, and vendors
• lead workshops and facilitate user acceptance testing
• support release readiness, training, and adoption
• align solutions with compliance and privacy requirements
• coordinate project planning, documentation, approvals, and status updates.
