What you'll do

• Welcome customers, understand preferences, take orders, and process payments
• explain the menu and Yemeni coffee traditions
• prepare traditional Yemeni beverages, espresso drinks, smoothies, and other menu items to recipes
• replenish coffee beans and supplies
• follow equipment procedures and routine preventive maintenance
• maintain sanitation and clean customer areas
• wash dishes and utensils
• use customer feedback to improve service and beverage quality.
