What you'll do

• Consult with facilities through visits, phone calls, offsite record review, and responses to leadership requests
• provide consultation during unusual or serious events
• support facilities during regulatory surveys and plan-of-correction periods
• advise on program development, physician recruitment, referral relationships, ratings, competency evaluation, and staff education
• and conduct peer or mock surveys as needed.
