Part-Time Field Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator

The Part-Time Field Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator role is based onsite in Raleigh, NC, with local provider and community visits. Advanceable ABA provides in-home and community-based applied behavior analysis services for children and families in North Carolina and Virginia. The coordinator builds awareness of services and referral relationships so local families and providers can connect with the admissions team. The role combines community outreach, follow-up, event participation, CRM recordkeeping, and coordination with admissions on current eligibility and service availability.

What you'll do

• Visit providers and community organizations
• introduce services and follow up with contacts
• make introductory calls and outreach messages
• attend local events and resource fairs
• share approved information in local social groups and directories
• schedule visits and maintain CRM records
• coordinate with admissions
• provide occasional recruiting outreach support as needed.
