What you'll do

• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements
• verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage
• obtain pre-authorizations when needed
• estimate patient financial responsibility
• schedule treatment based on doctor recommendations and patient needs
• coordinate insurance benefits and treatment acceptance
• answer patient questions
• maintain Dentrix records
• coordinate with doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff
• assist with phones, scheduling, and check-in/out
• follow up on unscheduled treatment.
