What you'll do

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments
• assist with mobility, positioning, and personal care before, during, and after transport
• follow safety protocols and patient care policies
• document transportation schedules, patient status, and incidents
• support Nursing Department tasks when appointments are not scheduled
