The role supports corporate transactions by representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, preparing and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating due diligence and closings. It also contributes to clients’ corporate governance, securities compliance, financing, and entity matters.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents
• advise on corporate governance, securities compliance, and entity formation and maintenance
• assist with corporate financing and commercial matters
• coordinate due diligence, execution, and closings
• manage competing deadlines and collaborate with partners and clients.
