Full Stack Engineer

The Full Stack Engineer role is onsite in Bethesda, MD. Compensation is not specified. The engineer supports a Federal data analytics and AI modernization initiative for government customers. The work contributes to examiner tools while preserving professional judgment and not replacing authoritative agency systems or executing financial transactions.

What you'll do

• Design and integrate front-end, back-end, API, database, testing, and application components
• build maintainable full-stack web applications
• develop REST APIs, business logic, data-access layers, validation, logging, and error handling
• design relational databases and data services
• implement automated testing, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD
• troubleshoot and optimize performance and reliability
• apply secure development practices
• document architecture, APIs, databases, deployment, testing, and operations
• collaborate with software, data, AI/ML, and UX/UI teams
• apply security, privacy, accessibility, data governance, and records-management requirements.

Why this role
