Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The role keeps workflows, materials, mailings, and handoffs organized while handling confidential donor information carefully.

What you'll do

• Track project workflows, timelines, assets, and approvals
• support internal communications and marketing resources
• handle routine ordering, fulfillment, and inventory of recurring materials
• assist with donor receipting and mailings while protecting confidential donor information
• coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal partners
• use Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with ClickUp preferred
• update basic flyers and internal materials, with Canva preferred.
